Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the beverage station, providing guidance and support to fellow baristas while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Beverage Mastery: Create and perfect a range of health-focused juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency in every serving.
• Training and Development: Train new baristas on brewing techniques, customer service skills, and health-focused product knowledge to elevate the overall experience.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service, leading to returning patrons and positive community feedback.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the beverage station remains stocked and organized.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Barista with a thorough understanding of coffee and health-focused beverages.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective team management and training skills.
• Passion for health and wellness, backed by knowledge of nutrition and beverage crafting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
