Electrical Test Technician
Job Title: Electrical Test Technician | 1st shift | $28-$40/hr
Job Description
As an Electrical Test Technician, you will work the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in Louisville, OH. You will be responsible for testing finished equipment using electrical testing tools and wiring schematics. This position requires experience with various testing equipment such as Meggars, Hi-Pot volt testers, DTRs, and DRLOs. You should be comfortable with 120v electric systems and troubleshooting equipment to determine quality issues. A strong understanding of electrical safety protocols is essential.
Responsibilities
- Test finished equipment using electrical testing tools.
- Utilize wiring schematics effectively.
- Operate testing equipment including Meggars, Hi-Pot volt testers, DTRs, and DRLOs.
- Troubleshoot equipment to determine quality issues.
- Follow electrical safety protocols rigorously.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrical tester.
- Proficiency in control wiring.
- Experience with electrical test equipment such as Meggars, Hi-Pot volt testers, DTRs, and DRLOs.
- Ability to read wiring schematics.
- Comfortable working with 120v electric systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with switchgear, panels, wiring, and control wiring.
- Knowledge of control testing equipment.

Pay and Benefits
