Summary:

The Regional Credit Administration Mgr. Sr is responsible for overseeing and managing a staff of multiple Regional Credit Officers, Portfolio Managers and/or Regional Credit Administrators in the credit approval, administration, and review activities for identified multiple business segments and/or geographic regions throughout the Huntington footprint. Position requires extensive Asset Based Lending experience. Colleague will also be supporting Auto Finance, Private Client and National Settlements segments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes, implements and manages administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio.
• Manages credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with officer/business unit.
• Analyzes, underwrites and approves/disapproves credit request exceeding line/regional approval limits.
• Through Regional Credit Officers, identifies potential problem credits and works with loan workout specialists to restructure credits and/or minimize risk for loss.
• Advises staff, officers and/or business units on the company's overall lending policies.

• Promote a culture that results in a moderate-to-low risk portfolio.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in credit approval or portfolio management leadership
• Bachelor's Degree
