Manufacturing Production Manager

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Production Manager to lead daily operations across a high-volume print production environment. You’ll manage a team of ~30 operators, oversee multiple equipment lines, and ensure jobs move efficiently from start to finish.

This is a front-line leadership role—you’re on the floor, setting the pace, reinforcing standards, and driving results every day.

  What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day production to ensure on-time, high-quality job completion
• Manage, coach, and hold accountable a team of 30 production operators
• Monitor throughput, efficiency, and quality—and take action when targets aren’t met
• Adjust staffing and workflow to keep production moving and minimize downtime
• Address performance issues directly and consistently
• Partner with scheduling, maintenance, and quality teams to keep operations aligned
• Reinforce safety, organization, and production standards across the floor

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience in print or equipment-driven environments preferred, but not required
• A hands-on, no-nonsense leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office
• Strong ability to drive accountability and results through others
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, action-oriented, and focused on hitting production goals
