Position Summary: Perform physical operations of a machining center. Organize workflow and plan machining sequences. Meet inspection requirements for compliance to drawings and specifications. This is a 3rd shift position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Through monitoring and measurement, assure that products meet customer expectations
• Plan machining by having understanding of assets and related equipment
• Understand all GD&T requirements for any given process
• Machine setup along with program downloading and editing
• Asset knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens interface and the knowledge to navigate the control to improve operations
• Understanding of tooling, knowledge of turning and drilling tools
• Maintain work cell to premium standards

Education and Skill Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous machining experience and practices
• Blueprint and GD&T knowledge
