Sr. Solutions Developer - (Java or .Net)

This full-time, salaried position offers flexibility in work location. This individual should be available to collaborate during the core working hours of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST.

We’re seeking experienced, well-rounded Senior Developers who can thrive independently in client-facing environments, collaborate effectively, and deliver quality, scalable solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively within Agile teams, communicating clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
Apply modern development practices including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD principles.
Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build and deploy modern applications.
Demonstrate adaptability and curiosity by learning new technologies and applying them effectively.
Mentor and support team members, sharing best practices and guiding on architecture and design principles.
Represent Leading EDJE professionally with clients, delivering high-quality work independently when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in full stack software development, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), enterprise languages (.NET, Java, Python, or TypeScript), and strong database knowledge (SQL or related).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or strong on-prem background with demonstrated cloud curiosity.
Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD and deployment concepts.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments with an understanding of iterative development.
Strong understanding of modern development practices, including automated testing and DevOps principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a client-facing setting.
Demonstrates an innovative approach and a willingness to integrate new tools and AI-driven methods to continuously refine development practices and client outcomes.
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
Consulting experience and exposure to Infrastructure as Code experience is preferred.
