As a Security Officer Patrol Rover - Experience Needed in Fairfield, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institutions location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support lobby or reception functions as directed by site-specific policies.
• Assist with monitoring cameras, communications, and/or alarm systems, and follow post orders for escalations, notifications, and security-related incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
