Position Details

• Position: Care Partner
• Position Type: Full‑Time
• Location: Highland Heights, Ohio
• Starting Wage: $18‑$20 per hour
• Shift Schedule: Week 1 – Monday/Saturday/Sunday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; Week 2 – Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: Build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Generous Gift Giver: Be present and dependable, someone others can count on.
• 💯: Create an inclusive, positive environment with wholehearted investment.
• Engaged Egghead: Be curious, ask questions, and pursue development and training.
• Proactive: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Computer skills: print documents and enter resident information.
• Active: able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
