Job Post End Date: 09/20/2025 About this opportunity: Cenovus is seeking an Incident Investigation and Learning Analyst for our US refineries. This role is a leveraged support role to the sites. The primary accountability is to provide support in the execution of the Incident Management process across the 3 refineries. What you'll do:

• Management of US Downstream "Preliminary Incident Notification" entries and conversion into Intelex events
• Support the assignment of investigation leads within system
• Support the resolution of issues identified with the enabling tools (Intelex, KMS)
• Update Intelex entries as needed
• Support recordkeeping associated with Incident Investigations as needed
• Support the creation of Intelex actions associated with events unrelated to incidents (ie audits, HazOps, Insurance recommendations)

Who you are:

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years of experience directly supporting Incident Management processes within a Cenovus operating site
• Working knowledge of Cenovus Incident Management enabling tools (Intelex, KMS)
• Working knowledge of Cenovus Incident Management processes and COIMS Element 8
