Logistics Forklift & Overhead Crane Operator

Is this you?
- Experienced with forklifts in a manufacturing setting and certified to operate them.
- Driven by safety, organization, and accuracy.
- Comfortable lifting heavy items and staying active throughout a shift.
- Ready to collaborate and communicate clearly with a fast-moving team.
- Confident using basic computer tools to update counts and locations.
Core responsibilities
- Use forklifts to move, stage, and store materials across the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with care and speed.
- Perform equipment inspections; report and document maintenance needs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures without exception.
- Coordinate with peers and leads to hit delivery schedules.
- Identify and escalate safety hazards or equipment issues.
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid forklift certification with manufacturing experience.
- Attention to detail and a strong safety-first mindset.
- Physical readiness for heavy material handling and manual tasks.
- Team-oriented communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management.
