Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team at Ram Precision Industries. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s goals. This role will require strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage the overall financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including cost analysis and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for projects and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing - specifically a job-shop enviornment.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
