The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for current customers via inbound phone calls. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, understanding customer needs or issues, providing first-level support when possible, and accurately routing calls to the appropriate internal point of contact. This position does not involve outbound sales or new customer acquisition and is focused solely on supporting existing customers.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Customer service and support experience.

• Order management skills.

• Experience with inbound call handling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Professionalism in handling customer interactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting existing customers in a service or support environment.

• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems or call-routing software.

• Experience working with internal teams across multiple departments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of North Canton, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
