Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Lima, OH
Rate: $20/ per hour
Contract: 6-months, (Part-time -20-25 hrs/week)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor AP inbox and triage invoices (PO vs. non-PO)
- Post approved invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting software
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of financial/accounting experience
