Well established construction company hiring a Estimator / PM must have knowledge of water/wastewater, water tower foundations, mechanical piping, rebar, concrete work, carpentry and heavy civil projects.

If you can build bids AND run jobs, we want you.

Job description:

You’ll Handle:

• Takeoffs, bids, subcontractor pricing
• Project management from start to finish
• RFIs, submittals, schedules, cost tracking

Must Have:

• Estimating + PM experience
• Blueprint reading & takeoffs
• BX bidding experience
• Procore or MS Project
