What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, programming, and optimizing automation systems to streamline production
Troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and robotics to ensure smooth operations
Collaborating with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to solve challenges and implement improvements
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions in manufacturing processes
Providing hands-on support and training to operators and maintenance personnel
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in automation engineering or industrial controls (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong PLC programming skills, particularly in ladder logic
Hands-on experience with automation systems, sensors, drives, and SCADA/HMI systems
Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and a focus on safety
Bonus: Experience with Fanuc or Kawasaki robotics and ignition programming is a plus—but not required
The Environment
This is a hybrid of office and shop floor work. You’ll interact directly with production processes and teams, so the ability to move comfortably around a manufacturing environment is important. Safety gear is required, and occasional travel to other sites may be necessary.
