- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Detail Cleaning of Contents in a warehouse setting
- Utilize effective cleaning techniques and products to achieve high-quality results.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Assist in training new team members on cleaning practices and company standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
