- Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a clean, safe environment
- Support residents during mealtimes and encourage independence
- Document care and communicate resident changes using the Point of Care system
- Engage residents in activities to promote social connection and well-being
- Respond appropriately in emergencies and collaborate with team members
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- CNA or STNA certificate (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
