As a Regional Account Manager , you'll play a key role in driving growth across an assigned territory into Small and Medium Enterprises.

What You’ll Do

• Build, develop, and manage strong account relationships through personalised engagement and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Lead sales campaigns that deliver real customer value and drive multi‑solution, multi‑year engagements.
• Own accurate forecasting, consistently delivering against agreed targets.
• Work closely with Channel Partners to create new pipeline, expand existing customer relationships, and accelerate revenue opportunities.
• Conduct deep discovery, run tailored product demos, and lead the technical validation process.
• Drive a structured, repeatable sales methodology to ensure predictable, measurable success.

What You Bring

• Experience selling enterprise IT software solutions (e.g., IT asset management, cloud management, data analytics, security, enterprise apps, or similar).
• Use of a recognised sales methodology (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Sandler, etc.) to identify business pain and drive value‑based selling.
• Proven track record of running the full sales cycle and owning a personal quota.
• History of exceeding targets and growing revenue through both new business and expansion opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical, logical thinker with the ability to solve problems and navigate complex organisations.
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in technology‑led transformation.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who thrives independently and as part of a wider team.
