A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES PROFESSIONAL

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Convert lost opportunities to sales from technicians’ invoices and sales representatives’ proposals.
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to customer requests by staying current in their knowledge of new products and services, which creates enthusiasm for our entire product range.
• Communicates closely with operations regarding customer service needs.
• Provides feedback to the company on customer needs, competition, and other valuable information.
• Communicate the company’s positive image and objectives externally Candidate. Passionate about company and loves the brand.
• Strong verbal and written communications. Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Have 2+ years of professional in home experience in a sales role. Develop a proven track record for Plumbing Sales.
• Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a desire to develop relationships with all levels of individuals, both inside and outside the organization.
• Strong independent work ethic but team-focused.
• Deadline-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• The ability to close deals is a MUST.
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.3 years or more of in home sales experience in Plumbing Sales highly fast pace environment
• Must be able to pass drug testing and background check.
