Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Shift/Hours: 6p-6a Rotating Schedule
Wages: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to maintain quality production standards
• Set up and adjust equipment parameters for different product specifications
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for a secure working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Extrusion Operator or similar role is preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work a rotating schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
