We are currently looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our first shift production team at our Sebring location, which works Monday - Thursday (6AM-4:30PM) and overtime as needed.

The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press equipment to bend, form, and fabricate heavy-gauge metal components according to specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

• Experience working with heavy-gauge steel and metal fabrication
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• CNC brake press experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow
