New Car Product Specialist / Sales Advisors

Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency
- Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship
- Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees and assisting customers
- Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor
What We Need From Your (Requirements)
- Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls
- Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building
- Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries
- Check insurance, identification and update systems
- Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets
- Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more
