A well-established dental practice is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who specializes in pediatric dentistry and is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to children and adolescents in a supportive, dentist-led environment.
The practice offers a strong patient base focused on pediatric care, modern digital technology, and an experienced support staff, allowing doctors to focus on delivering exceptional treatment and creating positive dental experiences for young patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry services for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Educate patients and parents on preventive dental care and oral hygiene practices.
- Build trust and rapport with children and families through excellent communication and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Uphold high standards of ethical, patient-centered care.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Active dental license in the state applying or ability to obtain licensure.
- Experience providing dental care for children and adolescents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive and comfortable environment for young patients.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
