Job Overview

Jubie's Creamery Team Member - MUST BE 16 OR OLDER TO APPLY. Looking for part-time & full-time hours. All shifts available. MUST BE ABLE TO CLOSE.

Also known as scoop masters, go-getters, quick-learners, delighters, and ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Live by Jubie’s Mantra, “Think ice cream? Think Jubie’s!” and become an ambassador for the Jubie's Creamery Brand within the community
• Accurately and consistently take, input, and fulfill customer orders
• Become an expert at scooping, twirling, blending, and creating
• Prepare toppings, mix-ins, and other items for frozen treats
• Refill and rotate all products according to training and following FIFO rules
• Continuously exceed customer expectations
• Be available to work on weekends, late nights, and some holidays
• Be available to work anywhere from 12 - 30 hours per week with a minimum of 2 available shifts during the weekdays (Mon - Thurs) and 2 available shifts during the weekends (Fri - Sun). SHIFTS MUST INCLUDE AVAILABILITY TO CLOSE.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the Team Member Handbook, training documents, and by the local health department

Skills

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Work in a fast-paced, always-changing environment with lots of multi-tasking
• Have an eye for detail and aspire to remain busy
• Be willing to clean a LOT! Examples include windows, counters, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Able to follow directions & multi-task effectively
• Effectively communicate with customers, peers, team leads, and managers
• Have the ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
• Be efficient and accurate with money and figures and basic math skills
