DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Helpin Hands LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings.
? NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED --- PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
? DSP EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERREDPosition Requirements:
? Willingness to learn and follow DODD regulations
? Reliable transportation ? Valid driver's license & active car insurance ? Ability to pass background checks per Ohio/DODD standards ? Open availability (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift preferred)Preferred (Not Required):
? Prior DSP or caregiving experience
? Medication Administration Certification (Category 1) ? CPR & First Aid ? Completed DODD trainingsJob Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and routines Complete daily documentation and follow service plans Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment Work as part of a team and communicate effectivelyIdeal Candidate:
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Coachable and open to training Comfortable working evenings or overnight shiftsLocation: Greater Cleveland, Ohio
