- Lead and support a wide range of acquisition and service contract activities across multiple sites and simulator efforts.
- Develop, refine, and enhance Performance Work Statements (PWS) and produce clear, compelling briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize processes, workflows, and data management practices to strengthen program responsiveness and operational effectiveness.
- Provide high-impact program support services, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional delivery across the F 15 enterprise.
- Manage day to day program operations including meeting coordination, action tracking, suspense management, and cross-team collaboration.
- Assist the Program Manager with CDRLs, configuration management responsibilities, and RFP package development requiring strong program insight.
- Support test and certification activities: maintain project folders, coordinate signatures, prepare discrepancy documentation, update the Master Project List, and manage secure documentation transfer.
- Work closely with technical teams to review deliverables, ensure contractor performance, and maintain alignment with program objectives.
- Maintain clarity and momentum while navigating shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Location: Onsite, WPAFB, OH
- Travel Requirements: 15-25% (may include OCONUS)
- Working Hours: Standard
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or comparable efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience reviewing technical manuals, operating instructions, and engineering documentation.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supporting large working groups or cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Federal and DoD RFP development and response processes.
- PMP certification.
- Specialized experience with U.S. Air Force fighter aircraft systems.
- Background in providing program support, research, analysis, or project management for DoD or national security partners.
