Treatment Court Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Treatment Court Coordinator to support participants involved in specialty court programs, including Mental Health Court and other treatment-focused dockets. This position provides direct client support, case coordination, and individual counseling services while collaborating closely with court personnel, treatment providers, probation officers, and community partners.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Ohio licensure as one of the following:
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate services and monitor participant progress for specialty court programs, including Mental Health Court
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and individual counseling sessions
• Develop individualized treatment and support plans
• Maintain regular contact with court participants to encourage compliance and engagement in treatment services
• Collaborate with judges, attorneys, probation officers, treatment agencies, and community providers
• Attend court sessions, staffing meetings, and case reviews as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and case records
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals to community resources when needed
• Support participants in achieving recovery, stability, and successful program completion

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing
• Familiarity with behavioral health and substance use disorders
• Experience working within specialty courts or criminal justice systems
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
