Shift Into Your New Role as a Title Clerk:

We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team. If you are interested in the following, we can’t wait to meet you. The Title Specialist is an integral part of the team in our high volume, fast-paced, centralized accounting office located in Mason, Ohio. It is important to be a great communicator in order to multi-task and foster positive relationships with various dealerships and customers via telephone and computer. The position will perform other duties as assigned by our Accounting Management team not limited to the duties listed below.

Essential Job Duties:

• Process and issue titles and liens for automotive purchase and refinance transactions

• Process vehicle trade transactions, resolve title issues, and communicate with lenders, dealership personnel, and buyers

• Resolve customer complaints as needed and communicate in a positive, friendly manner

• Maintain historical records and ensure information is archived per record retention rules

• Honesty and integrity; safeguard confidential information

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency are a must

• Ability to offer process improvements, such as automation of daily tasks

• Accomplishes accounting and special projects as assigned by management

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Title experience preferred, but not required

• Previous experience in an office environment, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

• Notary license preferred or ability to secure within 90 days of employment

• Computer literate and ability to quickly adapt to technology changes
