Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First and Second Shift with flexible 4 or 5 day per week scheduling options. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

1st Shift - $18/hour

2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential WITH OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES!!

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, pack and inspect products.
• Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
• Cross training in various operational areas

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
• Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
• Visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Must be a:
• Citizen of the United States, or
• Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
