Position Overview

We are seeking professional and service-driven Banquet Servers to join our high-performance events team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing weddings and private events with excellence, ensuring each guest experience is polished, seamless, and memorable.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with full event setup and breakdown of banquet spaces
• Provide timely and accurate food and beverage service
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all sanitation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests clearly to the team
• Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-energy environment
• Uphold a polished appearance and positive attitude
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task without constant supervision
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Guest-first mindset and positive attitude
