The opportunity
As organizations modernize their SAP landscapes, getting master data right is foundational to successful transformation. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and SAP technology - helping clients establish governance, elevate data quality, and execute data migration and MDG programs that support scalable operations and long-term value. This includes designing and applying comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets, performing maturity assessment, and advising on tools and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in Data Management and Strategy, you will lead complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating organizational dynamics. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, providing insights and solutions that drive business value. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagement delivery, with regular travel requirements to meet client needs.

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor's degree (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred.

Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience across one or more SAP modules, including full-cycle implementations within your core area.

Deep expertise in SAP data disciplines, including Master Data Management, Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Privacy.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Fabric concepts, Ontology design, and IT operating models.
-
Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients; familiarity with industry leading practices and benchmarking.
-
Proven leadership of enterprise SAP data migration programs, providing governance and oversight.
-
Experience managing SAP projects, work streams, and project-based teams.
-
Knowledge of Enterprise IT Architecture and broader data management frameworks.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations, client delivery, and technical documentation.

Ability to research and advise on emerging regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
-
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you'll also have

Experience supporting or operating within a centralized Data Office and aligned IT architecture model.

Strong emotional agility to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.

Experience with enterprise SAP data initiatives spanning migration, MDG, and analytics.

A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $172,800 to $374,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
