About the Role:
Join Johnys Lawn Care LLC as a Garden Center Associate and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of gardening! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about plants and eager to provide exceptional customer service in our Cuyahoga Falls location.
- Assist customers with plant selection and gardening supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care and gardening techniques.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Participate in seasonal inventory and special events.
- Monitor plant health and assist in the care of live inventory.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or gardening preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in a garden center or similar environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
