ABOUT PRICE HILL WILL

Founded in 2004 by a group of dedicated residents, Price Hill Will (PHW) is a nonprofit community development corporation working to strengthen the communities of Lower, East and West Price Hill. Over the past two decades, PHW has grown into a unique organization that invests in inclusive economic development, vibrant arts and culture, and the revitalization of our historic neighborhoods.

Today, PHW stewards more than $15 million in assets and leads programs across three verticals: Neighborhood Corridor Development, Arts & Activation, and Operations & Advancement. Signature initiatives such as MYCincinnati, a free youth orchestra using music as a vehicle for social change, and Homesteading, which transforms blighted properties into homeownership opportunities, reflect our commitment to make Price Hill a community where residents feel welcomed, investment reflects neighborhood priorities, stories are lifted, and the neighborhoods become more livable for all.
