Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Clerk Typist to join our team in Marengo, OH, 43334. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support through typing, data entry, and clerical tasks. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform typing and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage scheduling and appointment setting for team members.
- Utilize office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
