Experienced Leasing Consultant – Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Contract | $18/hr)
Put your leasing expertise to work in a one‑person office where you’ll handle every facet of the leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone confident, experienced, and ready to run the show.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact in a one‑person office
- Handle all leasing functions from tours to move‑ins
- Operate property management software; Rent Manager preferred
- Manage applications, verifications, and renewals
- Be available to work Saturdays
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 10–3
Pay: $18/hr
Type: Contract
Qualifications
- Leasing experience in the multifamily industry
- Ability to manage all leasing duties independently
- Property management software experience (Rent Manager & I Love Leasing preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
