We're hiring for two essential roles at our Seville, OH facility - and whether you're a master of tools or a sawdust-slinging pro, we've got a spot for you!🔨 Pallet Repair / Builder If you love working with your hands and take pride in building something solid, this is your chance to shine. As a Pallet Repair/Builder , you'll be crafting and restoring wooden pallets using recycled materials and tools like nail guns, saws, and hammers. What You'll Do:- Build and repair wooden pallets to meet quality standards
- Use a variety of tools (nail guns, saws, hammers, pneumatic tools)
- Work independently to meet production goals
- Keep your workspace clean and safe
- Steel-toed footwear
- Comfort with tools and physical work
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Operate power saws to cut and trim wood
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Optional Saturday hours depending on workload
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stay on your feet
- Good eye-hand coordination and balance
- PPE required (eye/ear protection, safety shoes)
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
- Fast-paced, team-driven environment
