Client: Large Payer HQ in Mid-West

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Project Management Experience:
Ideally 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in healthcare or payer operations.
Familiarity with project lifecycles, scope management, scheduling, and documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
Confident leading meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining clear, timely communication.
Technical and Organizational Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Able to manage project documentation using SharePoint and track project status using standard reporting tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines.
Demonstrates urgency and accountability for project milestones and delivery.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
Capable of identifying risks and issues early, escalating appropriately, and supporting mitigation strategies.
Shows critical thinking and decision-making ability within project parameters.
Preferred Attributes:
Background or interest in healthcare, Medicaid, or state implementation projects.
Comfortable working in a structured PMO environment and advocating for process adherence.
