Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Supervise and support sales staff, ensuring product knowledge and process compliance.
- Oversee vehicle intake, reconditioning, and delivery processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, local marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Report performance metrics and financial results to head office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in automotive or commercial truck/trailer sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of financing, inventory control, and dealership operations.
- Proven ability to drive results and build customer relationships.
