Ericsson is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Manager to lead and grow key partnerships with industry leading mobility technology providers in the public safety space. This role will focus on joint go-to-market execution, partner alignment, and long-term strategic growth. You'll be responsible for managing complex partner relationships, driving joint initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, engineering, product, and operations teams. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunity to influence public safety and government technology deployments across the globe. What you will do: Develop and execute strategic account plans for industry leading mobility partners. Serve as the primary liaison between Ericsson and partner organizations, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and customer outcomes. Identify and pursue joint sales opportunities across federal, state, and local government agencies. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver integrated solutions and maximize partner value. Lead quarterly business reviews, pipeline forecasting, and performance tracking with each partner. Represent Ericsson and its partners at industry events, customer meetings, and solution showcases (travel ~50%). The skills you bring: 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner development, or business development in the telecom, mobility, or public safety technology sectors. Deep understanding of public sector procurement cycles and technology needs. Proven success managing multi-tiered partnerships and driving joint GTM strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence cross-functional teams. Application deadline: November 20, 2025.
