JOB OPENING

Lane Aviation is hiring a Part Time Aircraft Sales Department Administrative Assistant to support our Aircraft Sales Manager for 15 - 20 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of phone calls and Emails, domestic and international, to provide a positive experience for potential and current customers. Respond as directed by the Aircraft Sales Manager.

In the absence of the Sales manager keep the department running smoothly.

Assist in closing of aircraft sales and purchases, international and U.S., preparing required sales contracts, working with title agencies, coordinating with escrow agencies, law firms and when required, the Federal Aviation Administration.

Prepare advertising and specification sheets on coordination with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

General Administrative skills, dictation an added value. Assist other Lane Aviation management when requested.

Must have experience with Microsoft office products.

Prior experience in a sales department a plus.

Hours: 9AM-3PM Monday-Friday. Friday optional.

Base: $18.00
