Project Senior Consultant, Medicaid Support
- Support the Central Processing team in work performed for the client.
- Help streamline case-processing activities in a structured, high-volume environment.
- Review, organize, and interpret case-related and operational data to support daily processing needs.
- Identify process issues and help implement operational improvements aligned with project objectives.
- Work on-site in Columbus, Ohio, to support team delivery and client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting Medicaid case-processing and operational activities in a structured, high-volume environment
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, including reviewing, organizing, and interpreting operational or case-related information
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Columbus, Ohio
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience supporting state Medicaid operations
- Experience documenting case-processing workflows or operational procedures
- Experience identifying and supporting implementation of process improvements
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for operational tracking and analysis
