Field Manager

Job Title: Field Manager – Janitorial Services.

Position Summary:
The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and workforce performance. This role provides leadership to frontline teams, maintains compliance with company standards, and drives operational efficiency while supporting business growth.

• Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned accounts/sites.
• Ensure all services are delivered according to contract specifications and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
• Resolve service issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, train, and coach supervisors and frontline employees.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor utilization.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site walk-throughs.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements or expansion.
• Enforce all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Conduct safety training and ensure incident reporting compliance.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of janitorial, facilities, or operations management experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze operational performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
