• OT on Friday and possibly Saturday/Sunday

We are working with an established Paper Packaging Company based in Cincinnati, OH. They are recruiting for an Maintenance Technician to join their team on Days in return for a salary in the region of $32 p/h along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Technician :

• Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors, controls
• Replace bearings, motors, and test/verify repairs on automated systems
• Maintaining sheeting and slitting equipment, creped paper machines, laminators & conveyors
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues
• Welding and fabrication
• Machinery installations and assembly
• Conducting preventative and reactive machinery maintenance
• Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations

Qualifications & Experience required:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, ideally within manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, manuals, and safety rules
• Preferred experience in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and physical demands such as standing, kneeling, or handling tools for extended periods
• Licenses to operate lifts or powered industrial equipment a plus
