Key Job Details – Cleveland Surgical Tech Travel Assignment

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 (Ohio healthcare jobs)
• Setting: Hospital & Outpatient Surgery Centers
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 22, 2025 – December 21, 2025)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel Surgical Tech

Surgical Technologist Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential required
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital or outpatient surgery center
• Proficient in scrubbing for ophthalmology, ENT, and general surgery cases
• Ability to float between two outpatient surgery centers as needed
• Completion of all required onboarding health screenings and background checks (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, physical/health statement, Ohio fingerprints, education and employment verification, competency exams, and skills checklist)
• Valid Driver's License or State ID

Surgical Tech Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment and supplies are sterile and ready
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• Scrub for a variety of surgical cases, including ophthalmology (eyes), ENT, and general surgery
• Float between two outpatient surgery centers as assigned
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
