Part Picker Specialist

We have immediate, full-time positions available for Parts Picker Specialists to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry into the computer inventory systems to include locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping of materials
- **Perform inventory audits, inspections, and reconciliations of materials and monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate stock level adjustments
- **Ensure proper documentation is received by maintenance department when returning unserviceable parts and communicate with suppliers when unserviceable parts need to be returned
- Enhance efficiencies in all areas of development while performing quality parts room functions
- Assist, train, and mentor other employees in proper techniques and procedures
- Support and promote Safety Management Systems while keeping safety as a core value
- Successfully pass the Materials and General Maintenance Manual training courses, Hazmat Awareness course, and pass and maintain rating to be able to drive forklifts
- Gain efficiency in carrying out all parts room functions in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, as well as, all Company policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have basic knowledge of all shipping and receiving functions and responsibilities, as well as, warehousing and Inventory skills
- Must be able to understand the functions of the Parts Department and the roles and responsibilities of a Parts Specialist
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge
- Must have the ability to accurately use small and large weighing scales and lift 30 to 40 pounds with ease
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills, while paying a high attention to detail
- Must be able to spread the Flexjet culture to others while displaying the company fundamental principles daily
- Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues and able to work flexible shifts and/or work variable hours including holiday and weekends
