Position Type: PRN

Location: Kent, Ohio

Starting wage: $18‑$20 per hour

Shift schedule: As Needed, Pick Up Shifts

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

• Proactive: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Must possess a positive and energetic attitude that loves our residents.
• Must have basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be active, capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.
