Why Work Here?

Employees join a clean, modern facility that invests in their comfort and long-term success. Team members receive uniforms early in their employment and, once they move into full-time status, enjoy two weeks of paid vacation and comprehensive benefits. Full-time employees also receive reimbursement for steel toe boots, supporting both safety and comfort on the job. The organization values stability, offers structured breaks, and provides opportunities to grow skills through cross-training and exposure to different shifts and responsibilities.

Work Environment

The facility is extremely well kept and well lit, providing a clean and organized work area. Temperatures can be warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter when bay doors are open, but conditions remain within normal industrial expectations. The operation is housed in a new facility that has been expanded from a previous location, reflecting ongoing investment in the workspace. Training occurs on first shift for approximately one month, with hours of 5:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, based on preference. After training, the role transitions to third shift, working from 10:15 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning, with a shift differential. Standard hours may also be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and during busy seasons the schedule can shift to four 10-hour days, with additional production as needed on Fridays. Employees receive two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch each shift.
