Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years

OTR Company Drivers

• Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000 per year
• Earn up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
• Base pay: 50-60 CPM
• Base percentage pay: 31% + up to 2 CPM in bonuses
• 5-7 days out, 34 hours at home
• Paid flatbed tarping and load securement training
