Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration- Manage administrative project tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups.
- Maintain timelines, tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Present information confidently to suppliers, customers, and internal leadership teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers/customers and facilitate clear, timely communication.
- Coordinate with remote team members to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Travel up to 30% to sites across the U.S., depending on project needs.
- Travel independently to customer and supplier locations (team members will be onsite, but travel arrangements and transit will be self-managed).
- Represent the team professionally while engaging with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Adobe and Smartsheet preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable meeting directly with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands.
