Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administration

• Manage administrative project tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups.
• Maintain timelines, tracking project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Present information confidently to suppliers, customers, and internal leadership teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers/customers and facilitate clear, timely communication.
• Coordinate with remote team members to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Travel Expectations

• Travel up to 30% to sites across the U.S., depending on project needs.
• Travel independently to customer and supplier locations (team members will be onsite, but travel arrangements and transit will be self-managed).
• Represent the team professionally while engaging with external partners.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Adobe and Smartsheet preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable meeting directly with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands.

Pay: $25-30hr.

Shift: Remote Role // 8:00AM-5:00 PM EST Mon- Fri // Cincinnati, OH

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
