Product and Engagement Marketing Senior Associate

Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving product changes and launches, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

As a Product and Engagement Marketing Senior Associate in Consumer Bank, you will dive into research, customer data and competitors to identify opportunities to deepen relationships with checking and savings customers. You’ll partner with key cross-functional partners from strategy development to implementation and analysis and optimization. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and update the product marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment across core and emerging segments. Track progress on product changes and launches, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new product launches and enhancements. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with teams across acquisition, product shopping, onboarding, engagement, legal and compliance, and program management to collect inventory and share updates.
• Organize, manage agenda and facilitate regular meetings with product and marketing stakeholders as well as owning next steps and follow ups to keep projects on task and on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations both verbally and in writing across the organization and up to senior leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or project management roles.
• Excels at thinking holistically and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
• Comfortable with continuously changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
